Sehr tolles Gebäude, Nettes und in der Regel sehr kompetentes Lehrpersonal, Teilweise recht "südfranzösische Mentalität", d.h. sehr viele Zuspätkommer, der Unterricht fing in der Regel 10-15 Minuten später an, als geplant etc., Tolle Atmosphäre im Kurs, sehr abwechslungsreicher Unterricht (Videos, Musik, Spiele, Gruppendiskussionen, Rollenspiele, Einzelaufgaben etc.) Unterkunft im Appartment in der ersten Etage des Schulgebäudes, Sehr zufrieden mit meinem Zimmer, Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer hat sehr gut geklappt --> wenn etwas kaputt war, wurde dies schnellstmöglich ersetzt."

"I went to the school in October and I had a superb time.   
The classes were absolutely top notch.  I am a fairly advanced French speaker (I was born in Montreal and practiced Social Work there for a while) so they placed me in the highest level, but I got great feedback from students who were in intermediate and beginner levels as well.  I opted to take group classes in the morning and private tutoring in the afternoons.  I recommend this option to you if you can afford it.  This school is top notch and I highly recommend it.  I think you will find you learn a lot …"

"Gute Organisation, leider stand dann aber die gebuchte Unterkunft nicht mehr zur Verfügung. Das Gebäude ist alt aber mit Charme, leider herschte ein hoher Lärmpegel durch Bauarbeiten gegenüber. Der Einzelunterricht ist gut, da auf persönliche Bedürfnisse eingegangen wird. Gut ist das Freizeitprogramm welches durch die Sprachschule angeboten wird, leider kann man nicht alle Angebote annehmen, besonders wenn man zusätzlichen Einzelunterricht gebucht hat. Die Gastfamilie war sehr nett, leider stand aber die gebuchte Unterkunft (einziger Sprachschüler bei einer Familie mit eigenem Zimmmer / Dusche /WC) nicht zur Verfügung, dieser Umstand wurde aber durch die Freundlichkeit der Gastfamilie aufgehoben."

"I had a marvelous time.  The students were mostly young professionals who were serious about learning French in order to further their careers. The teachers were patient, helpful and seemed genuinely enthusiastic and friendly. The entire school exuded an atmosphere of friendly supportive caring. I could not wait, each  
morning, to have my café and croissant in the main square under a palm tree and get to class. I take French lessons on a regular basis to this day and still regard the school as the best second-language learning experience I have ever had,  The best part of studying in France is the total immersion. Most of the students had first languages ranging from German to Japanese, so the ONLY common language we shared was French. There was no opportunity (and therefore no temptation) to speak anything other than French."

What a wonderful expereince! I am a professional from the US and there were so many great things to say. The city of Montpellier is a beautiful smaller European city with much to offer- Opera, museums and close to day-trips to regional historic cities. Though small, Montpellier is surprisingly cosmopolitan in its outlook and is a very welcoming place, especially for someone who has never experienced a different culture. The school was also very helpful, extremely friendly, and the classes were very well-taught. I only stayed a week, but it was worth it and would have liked to have stayed longer."

"French and Internship
Tailor made ! It is the best word I could find to comment my internship experience in a french company in Montpellier. My boss was very patient with my french speaking which was far from fluent at that time !! He was always curious of my opinion and ideas and always ready to help or assist me. Given that the company was human size business, I could see and study the whole process of exportation business seeing all different tasks involved.
As I had to be in contact  with companies abroad all over the world, my working time became very flexible so that I could combine my internship with extra lessons of French making my professional improvement even better ! Last but not least.. the company was specialized in wine exportations which allowed me to learn quickly a lot of things about one of the most famous French Speciality, le vin francais !! I really felt I grew up both on the professional and personal ways: I recommand this to everyone !!"
